SulfoClean MSM and Wild Garlic by Dr Reinwald
SulfoClean ® B12 – for inner cleansing
In particular, the combined benefits of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and folic acid contribute to a normal homocysteine metabolism. Breaking down homocysteine properly protects the blood vessels and cardiovascular system, and supports glutathione protein synthesis in the body.
Furthermore, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and folic acid contribute to normal
- energy metabolism (reducing fatigue and exhaustion)
- immune system
- blood formation and
- mental function
Our cellulose capsules are resistant to stomach acid and protect these valuable vitamins from being broken down in gastric digestion. Instead, the nutrients are made directly available to the small intestine.
The biologically active form of Vitamin B12: Methylcobalamin
Methylcobalamin is one of the two bioactive coenzyme forms of Vitamin B12, which are extremely useful to our body. Only methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin can release a direct healthy effect – all other forms of Vitamin B12 must first be converted by the body into these bioactive forms in order to become effective as coenzymes.
Compared to the usual cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin demonstrates a significantly better cellular uptake. Indeed, blood values with cyanocobalamin at first increase even more than with methylcobalamin. However, much of the cyanocobalamin is excreted shortly afterwards, whilst methylcobalamin is immediately transported to the cells and increases the amount of B12 there. Vitamin B12 is above all required for the function of the central nervous system as well as in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Its functions are also important for error-free cell division and DNA synthesis.
Vegetarians and particularly vegans have an increased Vitamin B12 requirement, as this occurs mainly in meat – and is especially necessary when dairy products and eggs are also avoided. Older people (whose metabolic function is slower) frequently exhibit a B12 deficiency, as it is no longer absorbed from food as well.
Sources of organic sulphur: MSM and wild garlic
MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane) is the organic form of sulphur that occurs naturally in all living organisms and is biologically active. Sulphur-containing sources have been used to promote health since ancient times. Organically bound sulphur is an integral component of many proteins, hormones, enzymes, cartilage substance and many other important compounds and structures in the body. In addition to calcium, potassium, magnesium, natrium and phosphor, sulphur is one of the minerals that serve as building material in the body. After calcium and phosphor, it is the third most common mineral; the human body contains approximately 140 – 150 grams of sulphur.
Among other things, sulphur is a component of the albuminoid collagen in the connective tissue, red blood cells, muscles, skin, hair and nails (creatine). Sulphur provides these tissues with shape and firmness. Sulphur is involved in the formation of bile acid (fat digestion) and occurs in the B vitamins thiamine and biotine. The element sulphur is important for blood clotting, the formation of insulin and sulphur-containing amino acids like taurine, methionine and cysteine.
MSM is often used to maintain the function of the musculoskeletal system. Organic sulphur is required to nourish cartilage mass in the joints. A study published in 1995 discovered that the sulphur concentration in cartilage affected by arthrosis amounts to only one third of the concentration found in healthy cartilage.
Sulphur is also a component of glutathione, which is formed by the body itself. Glutathione is the most important substance for energy production in the bodys cells and the most powerful antioxidant, rendering harmless free radicals that are produced via cell metabolism.
Above all, however, MSM and natural sulphur compounds from mustard oils (wild garlic, garlic, onions, radish, horseradish, leek, cabbage, mustard) support inner cleansing. Organic sulphur encourages the penetrability of cell membranes. This improves nutrient uptake in the cells and the transport of waste material from the cells. Both glutathione as well as the sulfone, thiol and methyl groups from organic sulphur compounds are required for many key metabolic processes as well as detoxification processes in the body (above all for biotransformation I and II of undesired substances).
